Membership fees paid to BCHSAA are non-refundable. Once you have made a payment for membership, you will not be entitled to a refund, regardless of whether you choose to cancel your membership or discontinue using our services.

2. Donations

Donations made to BCHSAA are non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity in supporting our organization, and we assure you that your donation will be used to further our mission of supporting Babur Char High School and its alumni community.

3. Event Registrations

If you have registered for an event organized by BCHSAA and are unable to attend, you may request a refund according to the following guidelines:
